Welcome to Bath University Mountaineering Club

The Mountaineering Club is one of the most active clubs in the University, planning trips for every weekend of term. These can be just for a day to nearby places such as Dartmoor, Swanage, Portland and The Brecon Beacons or for whole weekends to places further afield like The Lake District, North Wales or The Peak District.

During the Easter and Summer vacations we organise trips to Scotland and Europe. So whether your interest is hill-walking, rock climbing, scrambling, rambling or bouldering and to whatever degree you pursue these we will do something to suit you.

The website is currently undergoing quite a bit of updating with a lot of new pages being added and changed. This will probably lead to a few dead end links, and pages that haven't been added yet, the navigation bar may also disappear for short periods. If you notice something wrong which isn't fixed within a day or two, please point it out in the forum. Cheers
